Age Recommendation - Most bubs will have no issue tackling a sheet pancake like this from around 6 months without any modification. You may want to moisten them with the addition of some yogurt or cream.

Allergens - This recipe contains egg, cows milk and wheat. Cows milk can be substituted with any plant based milk. The flour can be switched to oat flour and egg can be replaced with commercial egg replacer (available at supermarkets).

Apple Sheet Pancakes


  • 2 Apples Chopped Roughly
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Self Raising Flour


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Place apples and other wet ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour wet mixture straight into the baking pan, add baking powder, cinnamon and flour.
  • Whisk to combine until smooth and then place into pre heated oven to bake for 18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Slice into squares of finger length slices to serve.

Serving suggestion - Serve with strawberries and greek yogurt.
