When to introduce allergens when baby has confirmed CMPI and CMPA? 8 months old, started solids at 7 months. Trying to do BLW and bits of purees. Now on rice formula after 5 others with all quite severe reactions. I’m told to introduce allergens ow but if cmpi and cmpa when do you do this ??

    Thanks FMT here

From starting solids they say you can rub the allergen on their cheek and tongue and wait 10 minutes to see if an immediate allergy is going to happen.

How have you gone with introducing them? There’s a dairy ladder you can use too.
