Okay for babies?
I have some intolerances and follow a low FODMAP diet. Thus includes lactose free milk and gluten free or low fodmap bread (from Bakers Delight).
I usually give my 10 month old normal milk (in cooking and occasionally with cereal) and normal bread instead of what I eat. I would like to know whether it’s okay for her to have my milk and bread sometimes so long as she has lactose and gluten in her diet elsewhere? I don’t want to accidentally restrict her diet.
