This 2 minute meal is a nutritious, balanced combo that's great for babies, toddlers, and adults alike. If wanting enough for the whole family simply double or quadruple your ingredients! As is it makes the perfect amount to serve a bub starting solids!

Allergens: 

Cottage Cheese - Cows Milk. You could substitute the cottage cheese with soy or coconut yogurt for a similar alternative.

Age: 

Suitable from around 7 months. It could be served younger for babies ready for more texture or if mashed / pureed more. 

Banana + Cottage Cheese Oat Mash

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 2 Tablespoons Oats

  • 2 teaspoons cottage cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseeds

Method

  1. Mash banana well in a bowl
  2. Add oats, cottage cheese and ground flaxseed. Mix well to combine!
  3. That's it! 

Serving Suggestions

This meal is perfect on its own however if you wanted to add a finger food to serve along side it banana fingers would be a great option!
