Frequently asked questions

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for any physical products. We do not offer refunds on memberships or ebooks due to the digital nature. Visit our Refund Policy for more details.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. As a small family business we have a very small team and may experience delays during peak periods. We ship from the East Coast of Australia. Unfortunately we do not have control of shipping speed after dispatch. If you require your order urgently please opt for express or priority services at checkout.

Our books are closed currently for individual consultations. Should our availabilities change in the future we may reopen and take on more patients. Our current support options include The Starting Solids Library membership and our monthly Starting Solids workshops.

Yes! We regularly review and update our materials to ensure they reflect current best practices. All resources are reviewed annually at minimum however any changes in guidelines or research are actioned ASAP.

We prefer to underpromise and over deliver. We will never say our plates work perfectly on this tray as it has a textured surface however we are happy to say hand on heart that they work better than anything we have ever seen. Check out some of reviews to hear from our happy customers.

Depending on how long you have had your subscription it can be found in one of 2 places. Newer subscriptions (joined after Jan 2026) simply click the "subscriptions" page in the customer menu. Older subscriptions can be found under the "manage subscription" button on your profile and orders pages.

All courses and communities can be found via the page in the customer menu. They can also be accessed from your profile or orders.

If you have an active Solids Library Membership please visit the exclusive members forum and post your question there. If you do not have a membership and would like to ask a question keep an eye on our social media. We often do Q&As on instagram.
