This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Starting Solids Australia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping, delivery and handling conditions outlined below.
Shipping Overview
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (excluding bulky items)
• Standard shipping $12.95
• Express shipping $16.95
• Bulky item shipping calculated separately
Orders ship from our warehouse on the East Coast of Australia.

Express Shipping
$16.95 on all orders
Please note that express shipping refers to the delivery method only and does not change our standard order processing time.
Priority Dispatch + Express Shipping
$29.95
Orders placed with Priority Dispatch will be dispatched the next business day and sent using the fastest available delivery service.
Bulky Items
Some products, including high chairs and toddler towers, are classified as bulky and are excluded from free shipping promotions.
Standard bulky shipping: $24.95 per item
Express bulky shipping: $34.95 per item
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
During peak periods such as sales, product launches or restocks, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier service used.
Customers located in Western Australia or remote areas may experience longer delivery times due to our East Coast warehouse location.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you experience delivery delays, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will attempt to update the address.
Starting Solids Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery once it arrives back at our warehouse. Additional shipping fees will apply before the order is re-dispatched.
Return to Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or non-collection, we will contact you once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse to arrange redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please, it is in the care of the courier for delivery.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
• With household members
• With neighbours
• Around safe-drop areas at your property
• With the courier directly to lodge a delivery enquiry
If your parcel appears lost or damaged, please contact the courier first using your tracking information to begin an investigation.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will assist with follow-up where possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
