Welcome to Starting Solids Australia! I'm Jeanette, Accredited Practicing Dietitian, mum of 3, and the proud founder of this beautiful community. After witnessing the confusion many new parents face due to misinformation on social media, I created a safe haven—a place where families can turn for trustworthy, compassionate advice. Our team of health professionals is dedicated to making the transition to solids easier, offering educational resources and thoughtfully designed feeding products to support every family’s unique needs.
