This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Starting Solids Australia, including physical products, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, and any other goods or services offered on our website.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been successfully completed. Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfilment system immediately.
Because of this automated processing, we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled, amended or modified once they have been submitted.
Please ensure that all order details, including products, quantities and delivery address, are correct before completing checkout.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, requests to cancel or modify orders cannot be guaranteed.
This includes requests such as:
• Cancelling an order due to change of mind
• Updating or correcting delivery addresses
• Adding or removing items from an existing order
• Requesting price adjustments for promotions or sales that occur after an order has been placed

Digital Products, Subscriptions & Memberships
Starting Solids Australia offers digital products and memberships including ebooks, downloadable resources, guides, meal plans and access to the Solids Library.
All digital content remains the intellectual property of Starting Solids Australia.
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases cannot be returned once access has been provided. For this reason, cancellations, refunds or credits are not available for digital purchases or subscription renewals after payment has been processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Subscription Management
Customers are responsible for managing their own subscription settings.
If you no longer wish to continue a subscription or membership, it must be cancelled prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Subscriptions can be managed through your account settings or by contacting our support team before the renewal date.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
