Age Recommendation - The larger bits of vegetable in this recipe are more suitable for an 8 month plus baby who has developed their pincer grasp. For younger babies you could alter the recipe by mincing / grating the vegetables.
Savoury Breakfast Mince
Ingredients
- 250g Beef Mince
- 1 Carrot (Chopped Finely)
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Tomatos
- 1/2 tsp taco spice
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Preheat fry pan over medium heat. Add mince and cook for 2-3 mins until brown.
- Add carrot and crushed tomatos, Cook whilst stiring for another 5 minutes.
- Add taco spice and water. Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking until it thickens.
