This homely little quiche makes 1-2 servings and is perfect for little ones or the whole family. It uses a wrap as the base for a fuss-free crust, then packs in a rainbow of veggies with egg and cheese.

Age & Texture Guidance

Suitable from 6 months, once egg and dairy have been safely introduced.
6-12 months: finely dice or pulse the veggies before baking, then cut into manageable pieces.
12 months+: you can leave the veggies in bigger chunks.

Wheat (wrap), egg and dairy (mozzarella and ricotta).

Allergen Substitutions

Wrap → a wheat-free wrap.
Egg → 2 tbsp arrowroot powder plus 3 tbsp water per egg.
Dairy → 1 tbsp nutritional yeast in place of the cheese.
