Nutrition Notes

Weet-Bix is an iron-fortified cereal, helping support iron intake during the starting solids stage. Banana provides natural sweetness and energy, while eggs contribute protein and healthy fats.

Parent Tip

Serve with yoghurt and fruit on the side for dipping to add variety and encourage self-feeding.
