Salmon and White Bean Puree

Written by: Jeanette Blandford | Published on May 28, 2025
A nutrient-packed salmon and white bean puree that delivers far more than your average baby blend — protein, healthy fats, iron and fibre from just a few simple ingredients. Lovely as a first food or a spread for the whole family.

Introducing our salmon and white bean puree recipe! Baby friendly of course, but it also packs enough flavour that it can be used as a spread for older kids and adults too. In fact, it is perfect on toast with eggs.

If you are moving past purees though, you could easily fork mash this recipe instead of blending, or use the puree as a dip for fingers foods.
