Spinach and Cannellini Bean Puree with Beef Koftas
An iron-rich duo of creamy spinach and cannellini bean puree with soft, spiced beef koftas. Perfect for topping up little iron stores from 6 months — and both parts freeze beautifully.
Another iron rich recipe for your little one when they start solids! As you probably know, your bub's iron stores start to deplete around 6 months, so it is important to include iron rich foods in your little one's diet. The beef, beans, spinach and tahini in this recipe really pack a punch when it comes to iron!
