Age & Texture Guidance

Suitable from around 6 months.
6-9 months: serve smooth; loosen with a little extra coconut milk if needed.
9-12 months: a thicker, soft texture.
12 months+: enjoy as is, or topped with seeds.

Allergens Present

Contains tree nuts (almond meal). The optional egg yolk addition contains egg.

Allergen Substitutions

Replace the almond meal with another ground nut (also a common allergen) or with quick oats — if using oats, cook a little longer and add more liquid. Only add the optional egg yolk once egg has been introduced.
