Age & Texture Guidance
Suitable from 6 months when served as pictured.
6–9 months: Offer long, soft strips of beef and well-cooked veg to grip, or finely chop or mince for an easier texture.
9–12 months: Continue with strips and shorter lengths of noodle as the pincer grasp develops.
12 months+: Serve the family meal as is, cutting noodles into manageable lengths.
Allergens Present
Soy (soy sauce), wheat/gluten (egg noodles and soy sauce), egg (egg noodles) and sesame (sesame oil).
Allergen Substitutions
Use tamari in place of soy sauce for a gluten-free option, and swap the egg noodles for rice noodles to remove egg and wheat. Replace the sesame oil with a neutral oil if avoiding sesame.
