Chicken, Vegetables & Rice - Pouch Project
Read moreThis toddler-friendly banana and raspberry loaf is a nourishing, everyday option designed to support growing appetites. Made with wholemeal flour, bananas and raspberries, it’s high in fibre and provides both protein and long-lasting energy — helping keep little tummies fuller for longer while they play, learn and grow. Most importantly - it's delicious for the whole family.
Age Recommendation - From around 10 months. This would be challenging for younger babies to navigate with the different textures combined together. There is added sugar in this recipe from the maple syrup (albeit a small amount) which we do recommend limiting for children under 2. If preparing for younger ones I would skip the maple syrup or reduce the amount.
Allergens:
Cows Milk - May substitute the milk for any plant based milk.
Eggs - See Egg substitutes resource.
Wheat - Use Almond or Oat flour as alternative.

Serving Suggestion
This loaf is delicious and nutritious all on its own but served with a spread of butter, ricotta or peanut butter adds a wonderful high fat boost.
