Golden little sweet potato and quinoa bites that little hands love — especially with a dollop of hommus, guac or yogurt for dipping. Freezer-friendly and easily made top-9 allergen free.

These little sweet potato bites are a great snack for little people, especially if you add some guacamole, hommus or some Greek yogurt for dipping! They freeze really well too (a common theme among many of our recipes) and can be made top 9 allergen free with a few swaps.

Egg, sesame (from the tahini) and wheat (from the breadcrumbs).

Allergen Substitutions

Swap the eggs for a flax egg to make them egg free.
Leave out the tahini to make them sesame free.
Use gluten-free cous cous or flour instead of breadcrumbs for a wheat-free version.
