Alfredo Tuna Bake
A delicious pasta bake full of veggies that, with a little manipulation, is suitable for the whole family. While this recipe uses zucchini, broccoli, carrot and spinach, it can be made with almost anything left in the fridge at the end of the week — corn is always a welcome addition in our household!

6–9 months: blend the cooked veggies and milk into a smooth vegetable white sauce before adding the pasta and tuna.

Allergen Substitutions
Use a gluten free pasta and swap the wholemeal flour for a gluten free plain flour or cornflour. A dairy free milk and cheese can be used in place of the milk and mozzarella.
