Almond + Raspberry Donut Bites

Written by: Jeanette Blandford | Published on August 18, 2025
A 5-minute, protein-packed snack the whole family will love — soft almond and raspberry donut bites made with just a handful of ingredients in the air fryer.

These raspberry almond donut bites are such a quick and easy win — 5 minutes to throw together, 12 minutes in the air fryer, and you’ve got a delicious snack ready to go. The raspberries give them a natural sweetness, and the almond meal adds that boost of protein and healthy fats we love for keeping little tummies full. They’re soft enough for babies starting out, but still a hit with toddlers (and let’s be honest, the rest of the family too).

Parent Tip

Serve with a little yoghurt for dipping — kids love dipping, and it makes the snack feel extra fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bake these instead of using an air fryer?

Yes. Bake at 180°C for around 15–18 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

Can I make these nut free?

Swap the almond meal for wheat flour to make a nut-free version.

Why leave out the choc chips for younger babies?

We keep added sugar to a minimum for under 12 months, so the choc chips are best saved for older toddlers.
