Apple Sheet Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples Chopped Roughly
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Self Raising Flour

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Place apples and other wet ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour wet mixture straight into the baking pan, add baking powder, cinnamon and flour.
  • Whisk to combine until smooth and then place into pre heated oven to bake for 18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Slice into squares of finger length slices to serve.

Serving suggestion - Serve with strawberries and greek yogurt.

Storage Instructions

Store cooled pancake slices in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat gently or serve at room temperature, moistened with a little yoghurt or cream if needed.
