Banana Berry Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1.5 cups oats

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Use a blend to blend the banana and strawberries (or mash well)
  • Add your oats into the fruit mix. Mix well.

Storage Instructions

Store the cooled bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. They're a great grab-and-go option straight from the freezer for lunchboxes — just allow time to thaw, or warm gently before serving.

Nutrition Notes

With just three whole-food ingredients, these bites are naturally sweetened by banana and strawberries and provide slow-release energy and fibre from the oats — a simple, wholesome snack with nothing added.

Parent Tip

Because they contain none of the top 9 allergens, these are a handy lunchbox option for daycare and school where allergy-aware food is needed. For younger bubs, serve with yoghurt or a little milk to soften.
