- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Sugar (This is optional and can be left out for babes under 2)

- Blend your ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
- Pour mixture into greased dainty dozen baking tray or mini muffin tray. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Alternatively you can pour bite sized pieces into a pan over low-medium heat and fry for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. If using our dainty dozen trays simply pop them out and serve them up!
Serving Suggestions
These are perfect just on their own as they are a great combo of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. To add a little extra flavour they could be served topped with butter or nut butters.
Storage Instructions
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To freeze, cool completely and freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and warm gently before serving, checking the temperature first.
Nutrition Notes
Made with oats, banana, cottage cheese and egg, these bites bring together slow-release carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats in one soft, easy snack. Banana adds natural sweetness so no added sugar is needed for little ones.
Parent Tip
Leave the maple syrup or sugar out for bubs under 2 — the banana provides plenty of natural sweetness. These work just as well pan-fried as little pancakes if you'd rather not turn the oven on.
