Allergen Substitutions

Use a wheat-free pasta such as pulse or chickpea pasta — a great high-protein alternative. Use nutritional yeast instead of breadcrumbs, or simply leave the topping off. The cow’s milk can be replaced with any plant-based milk; note we have not yet tested this recipe with a dairy-free cream cheese.
