One Pot Baby Friendly Chicken Risoni
This creamy, comforting one-pot dinner is a family favourite with a baby-friendly twist. Inspired by the popular “Marry Me Chicken”, this version is mild, creamy and packed with flavour from sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and parmesan.
The risoni cooks directly in the sauce, soaking up all the flavours while creating a soft, spoonable texture. With a couple of simple adjustments, this can work for younger babies too, making it a great meal the whole family can share.

8–12 months (modified version): cook the chicken whole, then shred finely before serving. Finely chop the spinach before adding to the dish.
