One Tray Apricot Chicken Bake
Another one tray bake recipe over here! We never get sick of dishes that minimise washing up and prep time. Making sure the chicken is cooked in liquid is the key to baby friendly soft chicken that isn't too dry for little gums learning about solids.
If you are using purees over BLW then let a small portion of the dish cool before putting it through the blender to make a puree. This dish is also perfect for BLW though if you're ready to move onto finger foods…the chicken falls off the bone and the veggies are nice and soft for bub.
If the pasta is a little wet and slippery for bub to pick up or keep on the spoon, you can add a little flax meal to their portion before serving to help it bind together.
