Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni

Written by: Jeanette Blandford | Published on May 28, 2025
A comforting one-tray spinach and ricotta cannelloni the whole family can share — a soft finger food that's just as easy to fork mash or puree for younger bubs.

Another super easy family meal from us! We love anything you can make and cook in one tray that feeds everyone at the table no matter their age. Cannelloni makes a good finger food but can also be easily fork mashed or pureed. We served ours with some asparagus spears and broccolini, drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
