Nutrition Info
This is where Tamar Valley really performs well.
Fat sits at 6.4g per 100g, which comfortably exceeds our target of 3.5g+ per 100g for kids under 2. This is exactly what we want to see in a yoghurt pouch.
Sugar is only 3.7g per 100g with no added sugar (making this one of the strongest low sugar options available.
Protein is 3.4g per 100g, which meets our target of more than 3g per 100g without pushing into unnecessary “high protein” territory.
Calcium sits at 110mg per 100g, which is just under our target of 120–125mg+ per 100g.
It also contains live cultures at 100,000,000 cfu per 100g, which is another big positive for gut health support.
Sodium is very low at just 32mg per 100g.
