A veggie-loaded one-pot butter chicken the whole family can share — creamy, gently spiced and free from the top 9 allergens, easily pureed or served BLW for little ones.

Butter chicken is a family favourite, so we wanted a version that’s quick and easy, nutritious, and suitable for EVERYONE at the table (bub included!). Here’s our veggie-loaded one-pot butter chicken.

Age & Texture Guidance

Suitable from around 6 months with modification.
6-12 months: grate or finely dice the onion; cut potato and carrot into large, soft palm-sized pieces. Use the squish test, or puree/fork mash.
12 months+: enjoy as is.

Free from the top 9 allergens. The suggested yoghurt flatbreads add dairy and wheat.
