Nutrition Notes
Weet-bix provides iron-fortified wheat cereal, which can help contribute to iron intake during the early solids phase. Chia seeds add fibre and omega-3 fats. Full-fat dairy supports energy needs under two years. Spices like cinnamon and ginger introduce flavour without added sugar. This recipe contains no added sugar — sweetness comes naturally from fruit.
Parent Tip
Make one batch on Sunday night and portion into small containers. Breakfast for the next few mornings is done before the week even begins.
