Age & Texture Guidance
Suitable as a finger food from around 9–10 months, but always be guided by your bub and where they are at with solids.
6–9 months: the filling is very soft — soak the bread crust in a little breastmilk or water to soften it, or simply offer the soft inside.
9–12 months: serve whole or in finger-length strips that are easy for little hands to grab.
12 months+: serve as is — they also make a great lunch box addition for older kids.
