A warming raspberry porridge with a nutty hemp seed boost — naturally sweet, full of fibre and easily adjusted to suit your bub's stage.
As the weather cools down here I’m moving away from overnight oats into warming cooked breakfasts, and I can’t go past good old porridge with a few flavour boosters! The hemp seeds give a little fibre and healthy fat addition along with a delicious nutty flavour.

Age & Texture Guidance
Suitable from 6 months. Just adjust the consistency to suit your bub.
6–9 months: thin it out with extra milk or water to a smooth, runnier consistency for easy spoon-feeding or pre-loaded spoons.
9–12 months: serve a little thicker as bub gets more confident with the spoon.
12 months+: serve as written with chopped soft fruit on top.
