They have almond meal in them, so be mindful this is a top-9 allergen and make sure it has been safely introduced first. The almond meal adds a lovely hit of protein, fibre, calcium, iron and healthy fats, and once almonds are in the mix these bites are a great way to keep that exposure going.

Suitable as a finger food from 6 months, once egg, almond and dairy have each been safely introduced.
6-9 months: steam the broccoli until very soft and shape into long, thumb-length pieces little hands can hold.
9-12 months: you can chop the broccoli a little more roughly for added texture.
12 months+: serve as is, with a dip if you like.

Egg → flax egg.
